It was by far the best decision we’ve ever made! Casey Fiore1372 days agoWe had the great fortune of meeting Ryan at an open house in our neighborhood. He was so helpful and personable in that first meeting we decided once we had a timeline for buying, he was our guy. We’re from out of state and didn’t know all the ins and outs of San Diego. Ryan was so gracious in getting us showings all around the area and gave us great information about each spot. We narrowed it down to Chula Vista. We ended up at a showing at a beautiful home, but weren’t looking to buy for a few months. Ryan called the next day with a unique opportunity - an earlier close with a rent back option. It solved all of our problems, and we beat out two other higher offers because of our ability to work with the sellers’ timeline. All of this was possible only because of Ryan’s close attention to detail and constant work for us as his clients. Very unprofessional and rude agent. Came to the family home unsolicited twice, including during the pandemic, yelling about wanting us to sell a family property. He was clearly and distinctly told IT IS NOT FOR SALE and that we aren't interested. Instead of respecting that, he showed up again lurking on the porch and he wouldn't leave. I also received unsolicited text messages from strangers around the time of his unwanted visit. What a horrible breech of privacy. Absolutely no respect or courtesy or professionalism from this one. I had to reach out to his agency to tell them to stop harassing us. We have heard from him at least five times via mail, text and UNWANTED, UNINVITED visits. I sincerely hope he's learned from this experience and stops these overly aggressive tactics, which are frankly harrassment.Posted on Google
